I purchased my wedding footwear from Sargasso & Grey, and I couldn't be happier with the entire process. The shipping was speedy, and the fit is just perfect. I have quite wide feet and now I see that I could've avoided a lot of discomfort if I'd chosen these shoes sooner. They held up beautifully throughout the wedding, from noon to midnight, before I had to switch to my sneakers. Super comfy! There were a few hiccups with returning a pair I changed my mind about due to Royal Mail, but Sargasso & Grey were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring everything got sorted out in the end.

The customer service is top-notch. To make a long story short, I mistakenly sent my shoes back to a New Look warehouse. With a bunch of parcels to return, a not-so-happy postmistress, and my QRG codes all mixed up, I ended up without my shoes thanks to the confusion between New Look and Royal Mail. Even though it was totally my mistake, Sargasso and Grey have been on the case, and a fresh pair is on its way to me. Katie has been absolutely wonderful, providing support throughout the whole process. I'm super excited to get my package. If you're thinking about ordering, go for it!

The pair I got has to be the comfiest footwear I've ever slipped on. I also grabbed a matching bag, and it goes together perfectly. Fantastic selection of styles! It's wonderful that you can chat directly with the owner. The advice and return process is top-notch. This was my first experience with buying shoes online, and it couldn't have gone better. I trust this company completely. I was hoping for some party shoes for the holiday season, but maybe I'm just being a bit too indulgent. I've settled on some classy black suede from Sargasso. I'm really excited about summer shopping now, which has been tough in the past because of my wide feet.

As for the shoes, they’re just wonderful - they fit perfectly and are of excellent quality. I've received tons of compliments on how beautiful they look. They don’t appear to be wide fit at all, but that extra bit of wiggle room makes a huge difference.

I’ll definitely be buying again.
